I have transitioned my four-year-old miniature poodle, Poppy, to a raw food diet after three years on Butternut Box fresh food. Following extensive research, I selected the "BENYFIT" brand and initiated the transition with their "SENSITIVE SUPPORT" complete food, which is specifically formulated for dogs with sensitive stomachs and IBS, a condition my dog experiences.
Two weeks into this transition, I am pleased to report a significant improvement in her stool consistency. The transition was implemented gradually over several days by blending her previous food with the new diet. I am highly satisfied with this decision thus far. For the upcoming month, I plan to introduce various protein sources to her current turkey-based diet, as she suffers from multiple allergies, including chicken. I highly recommend this type of food for all dogs experiencing digestive issues.
My only concern regarding this food pertains to the casserole size, which is a minimum of 500 grams. For small dogs, this presents a challenge as it requires refrigeration for up to two days once defrosted, given that Poppy consumes no more than 250 grams per day. I would suggest that the company consider offering smaller casserole sizes, such as 250 or 300 grams. However, this is a minor point when considering the overall benefits of this food.

In regards to the tub size, thank you for your comment, just to ensure you're aware that each tub once defrosted can be refrigerated for up to 4 days, so if you're feeding 250g per day the food will be perfectly fresh for day 2. I can't even tell you how many blimming raw foods we've tried for our dog, and when we finally found a brand our dog could handle they never had it in stock! She wasn't keen on it anyway and ever since I found Benyfit (found via allaboutdogfood.co.uk as it was highly rated for protein content and quality) my dog is badgering me for dinner at 6pm sharp. She absolutely loves every flavour we've tried so far including this Sensitive flavour which is a relief, and the fact it comes in 1kg tubs is so helpful. I'm really impressed with this brand and think we have finally found the raw food of our dreams.
P.s. her poos are tiny so the food is clearly full of nutrients her body needs!

We have only changed to raw food on the advice of our behaviourist as Chubs has a lot of problems and is a five year old rescue. His coat has already started to shine and he really seems to enjoy it. He stools are much improved also. Wish we had tried this a year ago when we adopted him. Long way to go yet but will keep trying. Thanks Benyfit Natural.

Great food quality, dogs wolfed it down but gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because whilst I love the fact that the 1kg pack size is brilliant value, they take days and days ti defrost in a fridge, in fact could only get the middle to defrost by leaving them out at room temperature which I doubt is ideal from a safety aspect…

Or 10 year old whippet bedlington cross had developed a digestive problem, possibly pancreatitis, where she had discomfort and whined after eating other brand raw food. Having switched her to this and the Lamb Complete the digestive pain has thankfully resolved.
