Can I pause, cancel or change my subscription?

Absolutely! Your subscription is fully flexible, you can skip deliveries, change your recipes, add one time treats or cancel anytime from your online account or call us & we'll sort this for you. We’ll always email you 48 hours before your next order is due to dispatch so you have time to make changes.
What to expect with your first delivery?

We'll deliver your first order on your chosen delivery date, and your next delivery will automatically charge depending on the frequency you chose.
You'll get an order confirmation when your first order is dispatched, then another email with tracking information from DPD. The morning of your delivery they'll share a 1 hour time slot, we recommend being home for your delivery as DPD are instructed to leave boxes even if no one if home, but we are not liable for 'safe place' deliveries.
