Great food that our dogs love. It's a shame the packaging has changed as since the removal of the polystyrene box at least half of the individual plastic containers are damaged during delivery. This is only discovered when defrosting each carton when the blood leaks out. Not good. Appreciate a cardboard box is more environmentally friendly but we are experiencing this ever since the packaging changed. Such a shame :(

I recently switched my Border Collie, Mia, to Benyfit Natural and the difference has been incredible. We opted for the complete raw (80% meat and 20% veg/botanicals formula), and Mia absolutely LOVES it! We’ve tried a great variety of flavours — beef, duck, goose & turkey, and lamb — and she devours every bowl with so much excitement. Mealtimes have gone from routine to one of the highlight of her day!
Since moving away from dry kibble to this natural raw food, the changes in Mia have been nothing short of amazing. She’s visibly more excited at breakfast and dinner, with that happy tail wag and eager eyes as soon as the food comes out.
We’ve noticed a huge improvement in her dental health — her teeth look cleaner and her breath smells so much better.
One unexpected (but very welcome!) benefit…No more awful dog farts! - Haha!
Her coat is also so much shinier and healthier-looking now, and overall she just seems more content and vibrant.

We’ve been getting Benyfit Natural for many years now. We’ve subscribed to their subscription service so every 4 weeks we receive our 8 1kg tubs for the freezer. My Cocker loves the food and it’s all he’s ever known. His fur is silky shiny, his poops are small and don’t smell foul, he’s healthy. His teeth are great. Honestly, do not regret it, he’s a healthy strong boy.
Customer service wise, brilliant. When holidays such as Christmas happen, or a bank holiday, they organise your delivery accordingly and keep you in the loop.
