Delivery Information

Delicious and nutritionally balanced frozen raw dog food, delivered direct to your door.

All our raw dog food is delivered frozen, conveniently packaged in our POP (prevented ocean plastics) resealable, recyclable tubs that stack perfectly in your freezer.

We offer convenient delivery options, as we know how important it is to never run out of your dog's dinner.

Raw Frozen Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday are delivered next day via DPD.

Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be dispatched Monday, delivered on Tuesday. 

Orders for any frozen products (raw dog food and frozen bones) must be a minimum 8KG, to ensure your products stay frozen in transit.

We use DPD to deliver all our frozen raw dog food orders. Their service is fully tracked and they will get in touch to let you know on the day of delivery a time-frame for when your parcel will be delivered. You can also let them know whether to leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or take to a collect shop.

Please ensure you are home to receive your delivery, we cannot be responsible for parcels that are delivered to a safe place or left outside a property. 

Please do not use DPD's delay delivery service, the food is shipped frozen and must be delivered next day to avoid defrosting. If you delay your shipment and the goods are defrosted we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

Christmas Delivery

Our warehouse and factory will be closing for Christmas to give our staff a much deserved break. Please make sure to order in advance to ensure that you have enough food to last throughout this closure. 

For delivery before Christmas order by 1pm Thursday 21st December 2023 for delivery Friday. We do however recommend ordering before this in case there is any issue with your delivery. 

Orders placed after this will be delivered from Tuesday 2nd January 2024 and delivered from Wednesday, however you will receive an update from us when your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Exclusions

Due to Brexit we are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

We are also only able to deliver to areas within the next day catchment for DPD, this means we are currently unable to deliver to the following areas: 

Northern Ireland 
Orkney & Shetland Isles - ZE, KW15 - KW17
Isles of Scilly - TR21 - TR25
Inner Hebrides - PA42 - PA78
Outer Hebrides - HS1 - HS9 & PH42 - PH44

Treats & Supplements Delivery

If you're ordering only our natural treats or supplements, there is no minimum weight requirement and we ship all our treats and supplement only orders with Royal Mail 

Tracked Next Day - Treats + Supplements

Orders before 1pm Monday - Friday and choose 'Next Day Tracked' delivery in the checkout for next day delivery. 

Your order will be fully tracked, and once dispatched you will receive details from Royal Mail on how you can track your order, rearrange delivery or select a safe place for your parcel.

Untracked Standard - Treats + Supplements

Order before 1pm Monday - Friday and choose 'Standard Untracked' delivery in the checkout and your order will be with you within 3 working days. 

Your order will not be a tracked parcel, you will receive confirmation of delivery but no tracking after dispatch. If you require tracking for your parcel please select one of our tracked services. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels left in a safe place or outside the property. 

How much should I order?

Take a look at our handy Online Raw Food Calculator to see how much raw dog food your dog needs each day, you can then calculate your order based on how much freezer storage you have and how often you'd like to order.

Our minimum order is 8kg, which is about 1 basket-full in an average fridge/freezer or about two weeks' of food for a mid-sized 20kg adult dog. This is to ensure that your dogs food stays frozen during delivery.

Returns + Refunds

We are unable to accept returns of any of our raw frozen products.

These are perishable goods and a refund or replacement will only be provided if there is an agreed fault or problem with the product.

Reasons we will not process a refund or return:

  • My dog doesn't like it...

If your dog is raw fed there is very little reason they won't enjoy Benyfit Natural raw food. If you're unsure we'd recommend trying to try a couple of packs from a local stockist before ordering online.

  • My dog has an upset stomach...

Dogs get poorly tummies for many reasons, from picking things up on walks, contracting from another dog or having a treat that didn't agree with them. We can advise on next steps to care for your dog.

  • The meat smells or looks different...

All meat will smell different and will be a slightly different colour based on the age of the animal and the season. Some proteins are stronger in smell (tripe for example) and all meat does have a 'smell'. If the food has been defrosted a few days it may smell, which is why we recommend feeding within 4 days of defrost, sooner if possible.

We test to the highest standards, all raw materials is tested and we create in batches so will be able to check your batch if there's any problems. If we identify an issue with the batch or receive multiple complaints about a single batch we will refund and replace.

  • Big pieces of bone...

We create our minces to be chunkier (exc. senior and puppy). This means they go through a larger plate than some other brands. Depending on the protein the texture will vary, for example poultry items are typically smoother than game meats and 80-10-10 recipes. We will need a photo to show the bone content included and based on our standard will determine whether these are larger than we'd intended.

  • Defrosted due to parcel not being collected...

We deliver with DPD and our good are perishable. DPD will let you know when they deliver and if you are not home the items will be left. We recommend being home or stipulating a safe place. If items defrost due to being left outdoors we are unable to provide a refund. This is especially essential to be aware of during hot weather.

 Complaints must be made as soon as possible after your delivery and emailed to info@benyfitnatural.co.uk with details of your batch number (found on the side of the tub) and supporting images. 

We can accept returns for our air-dried and training treats, if they are still in packaging and not damaged. Please return to;

Returns will be processed within 5 working days of the parcel arriving. We do not cover the cost of the return and do not refund shipping costs.
